Situated in a historical settlement, a few meters from the cathedral of Palma de Mallorca and close to the sea, you will find Dins Santi Taura winner of two ‘Soles Repsol' and Awarded the Michelin star since 2020

Sa Calatrava, an eclectic neighborhood with centuries-old culture, located in the middle of the old town wall of Palma and whose streets speak so much of the history of Mallorca, is the perfect location for what we propose.

SANTI TAURA interprets Mallorcan cuisine from a contemporary point of view without forgetting its roots.

We offer a unique gastronomic experience based on the traditional cuisine of the islands and made with seasonal ingredients from local origin. Our guests can choose between different proposals and suggestions and from our selection of wines.

Diners have the possibility to enjoy two options: interact at the bar next to Santi and his team watching each dish being prepared or enjoy a more intimate atmosphere at the restaurant tables.

For us the tasting menu is not a passing fad

DINS SANTI TAURA (lunch Friday and Saturday and dinner, Wednesday to Saturday. Santi Taura offers personally a testing menu offer at our Restaurant.



Remember that DINS Santi Taura is located in the Hotel El Llorenç Parc de la Mar, which does not admit children under 16 years of age.

The chef’s bar service will be offered only in the service at 2:15 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. without the possibility of table service at that time.

  • El servicio en zona Barra del Chef únicamente es posible a las 14:15h y 21:15h.
  • El servicio en zona Mesa salón únicamente es posible a las 13:00 o 14:00 y 20:00 o 21:00.

  • Service in the Chef’s Counter is only possible at 2:15 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.
  • Service in standard Table is only possible at 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m.
  • The desired area preference is never guaranteed but will be considered by the restaurant.
  • Babies or children under 16 years of age are not accepted, nor are pets allowed.
  • We only have a tasting menu and there are no vegan options.
  • Any allergies must be communicated when making your reservation.
  • If you suffer from one or multiples severe allergies, we advise against booking at DINS
  • In case of no-show or late cancellation less than 48 hours, a charge of €120 per person, non-refundable, will be charged.
  • Reductions in the number of people in reservations made on the same day of service or less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in the same way according to the cancellation policy.
